Job Description
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients in the real estate investment space.
Your role will involve:
- Prospecting and cold calling to potential clients
- Creating and managing sales pipelines
- Preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Following up with leads and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience (real estate or related field preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills
