• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Platform Services

LandVestor provides a global marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals. Our services include property listings, professional directories, data products, lead packages, and transaction facilitation tools.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with Platform security or functionality
• Circumvent payment systems or fees

6. Property Listings and Transactions

• Sellers must have legal authority to list properties
• All property information must be accurate and complete
• LandVestor is not a party to real estate transactions
• Users are responsible for due diligence and legal compliance
• International transactions must comply with cross-border regulations

7. Fees and Payments

• Some Platform features require payment of fees
• Fees are displayed in USD but may be converted to local currencies
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
• Refund policies vary by service type

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it on the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF LISTINGS. REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS INVOLVE RISK, AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDVESTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LandVestor harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre, United Arab Emirates. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply.

14. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai International Financial Centre rather than in court.

Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@landvestor.com.

15. International Compliance

• Users must comply with all applicable international trade laws
• The Platform may be subject to export controls and sanctions
• Certain jurisdictions may have restricted access
• Cross-border data transfers comply with applicable laws

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
