Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve their goals using our real estate investment platform. You will be the voice of our customers and help them maximize the value of their subscription. Your key responsibilities: - Onboarding new customers - Providing ongoing support and guidance - Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Collecting customer feedback - Resolving customer issues and concerns - Conducting product training sessions - Maintaining customer relationships

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities - CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - Understanding of SaaS business model - Ability to multi-task and prioritize - Product knowledge or willingness to learn - Bachelor's degree preferred
