of our proeprties have built in financing at only 7% fully
amortized. Who qualifies? Everyone! If you have no credit, bad
credit, bankruptcy, judgments or liens it makes no difference
to us. We treat every customer as if you have an A+ credit
rating. Many customers have reversed past bad credit into a
good credit rating through our financing service! Never a need
to pre-qualify! Never a pre-payment penalty!
It's in the form of a contract for deed
We finance half of
the cost of the land and payment of $200 per month on the rest
.
Closing Fee
Landvestor prepares all your paperwork to
insure an easy, pleasurable and proper transaction. Our total
fee is the same for every transaction, only $195. per property.
Most companies charge from $500 - $1,500 for this same
service. Our staff is some of the most highly trained
professionals in the land business.
Payment Methods
We at Landvestor do our very best to
accommodate your payment method needs. We accept
cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers.
